Y2-SERIES MOTOR (IEC STANDARD)
Y2-series motor is a new generation of Y-series. It is of TEFC squirrel-cage three phase asynchronous motor for general purpose. Y2-series motor is the newest product of China in the 90's and has reached the world level of the same product at the beginning of the 90's.
Y2-series motor can be used in various fields such as machine tools, water pumps, blowers and compressors as well as transportation, mixture, printing, agricultural machines and food processors where there are no inflammable, explosive or corrosive gases.
The mounting dimension and the power degree of Y2-series motor conform to IEC standard and DIN42673 standard of Germany. The protection degree of the frame is of IP54 and the cooling method is of IC411 with continuous duty(S1). F-class insulation is used and the temperature rising is checked against B-class (except motors of H315L2-2.4 and all the specifications of H355 which are checked against F-class). The noise level at load state is also checked.
The rated voltage for Y2-series motor is 380V and the rated frequency is 50Hz. Star-connection is used on the motors of 3KW and below while delta-connection on the motors of other powers.
The operating place of the motor is not more than 1,000 meters above the sea level. The ambient temperature varies with seasons but not more than 40&©|8451;. The lowest ambient temperature is -15&©|8451;. The highest monthly average relevant humidity is 90% in the most moist month; and at the same time, the lowest monthly average temperature of this month is not more than 25&©|8451;. |
